Misremembered
Misremembered explores the fragility of each passing moment and the comfort and beauty found within that instability. My work examines time, truth, and memory while reflecting on the temporality of life through the medium of photography. I grow, nuture, and photograph flowers through their cycles of bloom and decay, combining snapshots of their transformation into a single composition.
PROCESS
Photography and alternative photographic processes, including archival pigment printing and hand-applied platinum/palladium printing. Archival pigment and platinum/palladium photography on cotton rag paper, finished by hand with beeswax.
